    Every car comes with comprehensive insurance with no excess and unlimited mileage. So you can share the driving, a second driver is included. And 24/7 breakdown cover is that essential extra that lets you enjoy the journey without worrying about what might happen.
    If you use a credit card as security, we won’t block a deposit. If the security is a debit card, we’ll take a fair deposit of €350, which we’ll refund in full at the end of the hire. No excessive charges, no endless delays. Fair for both parties.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Is the price I see on the website the final price?

    Yes. The price you see when booking includes all taxes and rental charges, with no surprise surcharges when you collect the car and no mandatory extras added at the end. If any additional charges apply due to the details of your booking, these will be automatically included in step 3 of the process, before you pay. Once your booking is confirmed, there will be no changes to the price.
    The only exception is when a collection scheduled during office hours ends up taking place outside of them — for example, if your flight is delayed and lands outside of office hours. In that case, the charge for the out-of-hours service applies, as the team remains on hand to assist you. This is the only situation in which the amount may differ from the price confirmed at the time of booking.

    What does my rental insurance cover?

    All our rates include comprehensive insurance with no excess, covering the entire exterior of the vehicle except for tyres and windows. In the event of an incident covered by the policy, you won’t have to pay any additional costs. Before you finalise your booking, we’ll explain in detail what is and isn’t covered, so you can collect the car knowing exactly what you’ve booked. If you’d like to extend the cover to tyres and windows, we also offer optional additional cover.

    Do I need to pay a deposit when I collect the car?

    It depends on the type of card you use as security:

    * If your security deposit is a credit card, we do not block the deposit
    .* If your security deposit is a debit card (Visa or Mastercard), a deposit of €350 applies, which is released when you return the car in the same condition as when you collected it.

    We accept cash, digital wallets and debit or credit cards for payment of the hire. The security deposit, however, can only be provided using a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.

    Can I cancel or change my booking?

    Yes. You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before collection.
    If you cancel within the last 48 hours before the start of the hire period, a charge of 20% of the total amount will apply. This 20% corresponds to the minimum amount charged when confirming the booking, so in practice no additional charge is made upon cancellation.
    If you chose to pay the full amount at the time of booking to benefit from the early payment discount, we will refund 80% of the total.

    Where can I pick up my hire car?

    We have five offices spread across the Costa del Sol and the Costa Tropical: Málaga Airport, Almuñécar, Nerja, Torrox Costa and La Herradura. If you’re flying into Málaga, we’ll meet you at the terminal and take you on our free shuttle to our office at the airport.
    We also offer a delivery service to hotels, campsites, seaports and other common meeting points within the area where we operate. We recommend checking on the booking portal whether the location you require is available for collection or return.
